Ingredients: Dough(Egg, Canola Oil, Baking Soda, Flour, Salt) Cheddar Cheese, Potatoes, Salt and Pepper
Cooking Instructions: Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add a glug of oil. Put your perogies into the boiling water. Give them a gentle swirl so they don’t stick to the bottom with (the back of the spoon). Be careful not to tear the dough. Now let them cook. When they start to rise to the top and float, they are ready!! Drain and fry them butter and caramelized onions if you want them to taste extra delicious.
